SUMMARY
As a long time Plasma user I was excited to hear tiling is being introduced. I
was using X11 Plasma + i3wm, but I'd really love to migrate to pure Plasma on
Wayland.
Unfortunately it turned out the hearsay was kinda exaggerated, because it was
just about customizations for a feature Plasma had always had.
Still, it might be a nice step forward, but one thing that's really missing, is
forcing new windows to tile.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to `systemsettings → Window Management → Window Behavior`
2. Switch to tab `Advanced`
3. Open the drop-down list `Window placement`
OBSERVED RESULT
There's no tiling option.
EXPECTED RESULT
There's a tiling placement option.
