The "desktop and wallpaper" window showing a confirmation dialog titled "Apply
settings"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on desktop / Enter edit mode
2. Choose "Desktop and wallpaper"
3. Try to exit by clicking the cancel button or switching to a different page
OBSERVED RESULT
User gets prompted to save the modified settings.
EXPECTED RESULT
No settings have been modified, so no dialog should pop up.
