I'd like to share my experience. I'm on Fedora 40 KDE Plasma Spin and I also
get the same issue. Deleting the qmlcache folder does not solve this issue, but
I have managed to find a way to consistently reproduce the bug:
1. Open the System Settings applet
2. Go to "Mouse and Touchpad" section, then go back
3. Go to "Colors and Themes" section and the following error appears
