Updated Arch with Plasma 6.1, rebooted, didn't work. Then, switched setting to:
"When session was manually saved" and rebooted. Don't remember seeing a button
to "Save Session" but it worked same as setting: "On last logout". Switched
back to "On last logout" and it is still working. Very pleased! Thanks to
everyone who put in the hard work to make this happen for Plasma 6.
