i just upgraded to Plasma 6.1.0 on arch.
The misplaced context menu issue https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=480864 is
resolved.

But this issue persists. Upon changing Window decoration to eg Plastik the
minimize, maximize, close buttons don't react anymore.
Also Cube does not spin as described in #1 post.

Please investigate further.
