example of the incongruous highlighting
I'm attaching a picture of how the Online Accounts KCM doesn't use my chosen
system highlighting color of blue. It is using gray for some reason.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings -> Networking/Online Accounts
2. Click +Add New Account and go through process to add an account
3. A new account is listed under Online Accounts, as show in the attached
screenshot
OBSERVED RESULT
The highlighting for the list items is incorrectly rendered with white text on
a gray background. I'm not sure where this gray comes from because the system
color I've chosen is blue.
EXPECTED RESULT
The item background color should be your defined system color, in my case blue.
This can be observed in the left-hand column of System Settings where the
"Online Accounts" item is highlighted in blue, not gray.
