[plasmashell] [Bug 482926] Before IOTM becomes multi-row, last-opened app goes onto where the second row would be and becomes invisible. Only when using small spacing between icons. New bug for Plasma 6.

It is fixed but now when changing to two rows space in first row is not fully
utilized.
