SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. hide panel with auto hide or dodge windows
2. open up an app like steam or discord
3. click in the app for a bit and then try to launch the application launcher
with the hotkeys
OBSERVED RESULT
application launcher won't open
EXPECTED RESULT
application launcher should open
