After update to new plasma

Processors: 32 × AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor
Memory: 62.7 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
desktop looks like this (attachments)
It's ok after first launch but when windows dodge effect (hidde panel) start
1st time ugly blue shadow will appear. Same floating panel when it's fill whole
space (maximize window) and back same problem
very annoying when you forced look at it all the time
