SUMMARY

As summary says: keyboard layout won't persist if I set multiple layouts (e.g.
both en-uk and en-us). After restarting, the configuration got lost.
But if I only set one of them, it will persist.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings, and navigate to keyboard layout
2. Add two layouts, e.g. en-uk and en-us
3. Restart system (maybe restarting plasma is the same)

OBSERVED RESULT

Keyboard layout is restored to before changing it

EXPECTED RESULT

Kayboard layout keeps as after setting (i.e. en-uk and en-us).
