On a Gentoo ~AMD64 X11 system under Qt 6.7.1 and KDE frameworks 6.3.0 the
background in Konsole flickers between being transparent and non-transparent as
the window redraws. (This can include new text being drawn or just mousing
over a widget on the tab bar.)
This appears to be a regression as the functionality worked fine under KDE
Frameworks 5 (I noticed upon upgrading). Am using an Intel GPU with a 6.9
kernel and the latest Mesa release.
Reproduce: under an X11 session open Konsole. Go Settings -> Edit Current
Profile -> Appearance -> Edit [Yuck!] -> Set "Background colour transparency"
to a reasonable number. Then Apply and interact with the session.
