The way application dashboard global shortcuts work has changed in Plasma 6; a
shortcut to Alt-F1 no longer needs to be set up in the applet itself as long as
it's configured in System Settings > Shortcuts. (I also can't replicate this
error in Plasma 5.27, where a shortcut still needs to be set in the applet).
Can you still replicate this error in a recent version of Plasma, ideally
Plasma 6?
