I can confirm the issue, but the problem is: those modifier keys simply don't
arrive in Krita's event loop, so Krita doesn't even see them. I checked with a
low-level tool, but even there, the modifier keys from the wacom tablet don't
show up. I'm really sorry, both for testing this out so late, and for not being
able to implement a fix.
