In that case it has to be caused by some customization you've made to the
machine at a level below that of your user account: packaging, system
configuration, changing environment variables, setting kernel parameters, etc.
Feel free to re-open this bug report if you can manage to identify which exact
change you made caused the issue, and if that change is something that we
support.
