Yes it's still happening in Plasma 6.05.
The output from solid-hardware6 query "IS StorageVolume":
udi = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/sda2'
udi = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/sda'
udi = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/sda1'
udi = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/sda3'

The output from solid-hardware6 query "IS StorageAccess":
udi = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/sda2'
udi = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/sda1'
udi = '/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/sda3'
