To clarify, this is about the "Offer shutdown options" setting in
Systemsettings->Startup and Shutdown->Session Management, which is ignored by
the logout screen since 5.8 (AFAICT).
IOW, the logout screen always shows "Restart", "Shutdown" and "Suspend"
buttons, even if this setting is disabled.
It should only show "Logout" in this case, and hide the others.
