This appears to be a dupe of 448521 which has been resolved for about a year.
Update your Discover app and SteamOS; if that doesn't work, I would submit a
bug with SteamOS [upstream](https://github.com/ValveSoftware/SteamOS/issues) so
that they can get the updated Discover app in their repo.
