SUMMARY
The block sleep toggle becomes pixelated at fractional scaling levels (e.g.,
125%, 150%, etc.).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set fractional scaling to 125%
2. Open battery applet
3. See pixelated toggle

OBSERVED RESULT
A pixelated toggle switch.

EXPECTED RESULT
A non-pixelated toggle switch.
