This bug somehow fixed itself in the latest version:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0
Qt Version: 6.7.1
Kernel Version: 6.9.3-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Can't figure out the exact version that fixed this bug as I didn't check after
each update. Anyway, seems that this bug disappears in the latest version.
Autostart of X11 applications works again.
