i have a 2 screen setup with a DP connected screen and a VGA connected screen.
As soon as both screens go into standby and i move the mouse the DP connected
screen takes 1-2 seconds to wake up and the VGA connected screen wakes up
immediately, which seems to trigger the weired panel placement and most of the
time a plasmashell crash too.

here are the last few lines before the plasmashell crash happens
