I followed the instructions, installed kdesrc-build from KDE git and used
--initial-setup. kdesrc-build wants to install dev-perl/YAML-XS, package that
does not exist on current gentoo.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
$> cd /tmp
$> mkdir kde
$> cd kde
$> git clone https://invent.kde.org/sdk/kdesrc-build.git
$> cd kdesrc-build
$> su # I don't have sudo
