SUMMARY
After downloading and launching archive.tar from the following URL, multiple
error screens appear and the software does not start.

Error messages displayed (Multiple displayed)
1. KF5KIOFileWidgets.dll missing.
2. KF5TextWidgets.dll missing.
3. KF5KIOWidgets.dll missing.
4. KF5KIOCore.dll missing.
Until now, version 23.08.4 was downloaded and used from the following URL. The
size of the downloaded files is obviously different and the required files may
not have been included.
