Indexing makes locations UI jumps up and down
When indexing is running, the UI shows recent indexed filenames which can have
different lengths (1 or more lines), this causes Locations UI below it to jump
up and down, which makes it hard to click on its buttons to add or remove
folders. See attached video for more info.
