mpvqt-1.0.0 X11 optional patch
Although probably uncommon today, its reasonable to expect more and more people
to build qtbase 6.x without X11 or sometimes without wayland
here is a patch to detect and offer build options for X11 and wayland so build
don't fail if they don't exist.
