Step and result in plasma 6.1
The bug is still present and now i have step that are more consistent
In plasma 6.1 (needed):
1. vertically maximize one or more app
2. click one of the app to focus
3. open PANEL edit mode
4. press the DONE button in the new panel setting
RESULT: some app (expecially qt ones) change size. It is random (about 3/4 of
times it works) and affect random vertically maximized app.
