SUMMARY
Fresh Fedora 40 installation, the icons in the taskbar appear blurry on
startup, hovering over an icon fixes that and it becomes sharp.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot the System
2. Log in
3. Most Taskbar Icons are blurry
4. Hovering over an Icon makes it sharp

this is a mini pc with a FullHD screen, all settings on standard after a fresh
install. No scaling
I have a laptop also running a fresh fedora 40 install, haven't noticed this
issue there yet, but cannot confirm at the moment since no access to the laptop
at the time of writing
Since this is my first bug report, please correct me if I made mistakes/give
feedback what to do better next time
