I see this issue at 1:1 (no scaling).
It's not especially reliable. I do seem to only see it when moving the cursor
from an adjacent VD, but it only starts happening ~20% of the time. Once it
starts happening, it will continue as long as you move the cursor quickly
enough that the preview doesn't get reset.
Extremely visually annoying and probably an epilepsy risk for some users. Seems
to flicker at exactly the monitor rate (every other frame at 60 fps).
