However, if I return to Krita by manually clicking on its icon in the taskbar and not using a hotkey, everything works correctly. To activate Pan Mode and Relative Zoom Mode become possible again, need to interact with the Krita in some way. For example, open the brush selection palette/docker or the brush settings palette/docker (despite the fact that using Pan Mode / Relative Zoom Mode with hotkeys is not available, opening the mentioned palettes/dockers with hotkeys stay available). Or click on one of the main Krita menus in the upper part of the window (File, Edit, View, …). The situation in which it becomes necessary to activate the Krita window is when I temporarily switch to another window (e.g. PureRef software window) and need to return to Krita afterwards. I have now noticed that Line Tool also stops working. I guess the problem is not only with Pan Mode, Relative Zoom Mode and Line Tool, but with some other tools/functions too. It seems that when activating the Krita window with `Win` + `<order number of the Krita window in the taskbar>`, all the hotkeys related to Canvas Input Settings don’t work, but all the hotkeys related to Keyboard Shortcuts work correctly.
