SUMMARY
When I use "Picture of the Day" as wallpaper and set "Accent color from
wallpaper" option in "Colors", the accent color isn't updated when wallpaper is
changed the next day.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use "Picture of the Day" as wallpaper. I use "Bing" as my provider but issue
"should" be reproduced with any provider.
2. Set accent color option to "Accent color from wallpaper".
3. Observe the accent color changes to the current wallpaper.
4. Wait till the end of today so new "Picture of the Day" is fetched and
wallpaper is updated.
OBSERVED RESULT
Accent color is not updated for new wallpaper.
EXPECTED RESULT
Accent color should be computed when wallpaper was updated

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I believe the fix would be to listen the wallpaper change event and trigger the
"accent color change" to resolve this issue.
