Hi DrSlony,
The new Batch Queue Manager tool for the G'MIC processor will be available in
next digiKam 8.4.0.
With this tool you can apply in batch a G'MIC command over a set on images from
your digiKam collection.
Watermark Fourier filter can be applied as expected :

Note that the G'MIC command string to host in the Batch Queue Manager can be
copied from the IMage Editor tool using the "copy" button on the top if the
dialog.
