Yep: http://ac-archive.sourceforge.net/largefile/glibc.html https://git.busybox.net/uClibc/plain/include/fcntl.h both have "#define open open64", as I suspected. Horrible! But it's probably old news, since this hack was only for largefile support on 32 bit systems, so no "upstream" fix possible at this point.
