A screenshot of the taskbar not responding to maximized windows or windows
behind it. Also the taskbar doesn't show the applications running.

SUMMARY

After plasmashell crashes or restarts, the taskbar does not float to the
borders when maximizing a window or a window is behind the taskbar.

Also running applications are no longer shown on the taskbar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let plasmashell crash or restart
2. Maximize a window or drag a window behind the taskbar
3. The taskbar will not float to the borders anymore and you will no longer see
the apllications running
