SUMMARY

Since the update to Plasma 6, I cannot get any menu popping up when
(left-)clicking on the system tray icons (e.g. to chose wifi connection, to
regulate audio volume, connect to a Bluetooth device, etc...)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a system tray widget (to a panel or on the desktop)
2. Left click on any icon

OBSERVED RESULT
Instead of the usual menu, a small semi-circle is drawn just above the system
tray. No menu.

A menu should pop up.
