Unable to build locally using docker image
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Follow instruction on "Building krita with Docker on Linux" page
(https://docs.krita.org/en/untranslatable_pages/building/build_krita_with_docker_on_linux.html#id1)
2. Got error
