What do the launcher (and other widgets) follow to decide their starting point?
If I have a panel of custom width (smaller than fill width) then kickoff used
to start from the left hand side of the panel's starting point in 5.27. If I
understand your reply correctly then is the inability of being able to resize a
widget touching the screen edge from that edge going to fix the starting point
problem?
