SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into System Settings
2. Go into Touchscreen
3. Go into Touchscreen Gestures
4. Click on one checkbutton to select a gesture
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no option to open the tray with a gesture.
EXPECTED RESULT
To have an option to open the tray with a gesture.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This could allow a smartphone-like workflow, where the user has a top panel
with indicators and a tray and they swipe down to open the tray and access
settings in it, instead of tapping the arrow.
