This is not a bug. Traditionally vector graphics have 2 ways of filling the
shapes: one leaves holes (what krita does now)

I'll mark this as "not a bug". What you should do is opening a feature request
in krita-artists, requesting the addition of an option to change the fill rule
used by the shape.
