error showing when i plug in the HDMI cable to my other screen
SUMMARY
Connecting HDMI cable to laptop does not provide video output to the monitor.
Doesn't work on x11 nor wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect monitor
2. select any option in the display option menu
OBSERVED RESULT
shows the menu which you get from pressing meta+p but nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
video output to my second monitor

Linux/KDE Plasma: arch linux 6.8.7-zen1-2-zen

Error happens whenever i plug in, unplug, turn on or off my other monitor.
I only get logs like that when using x11, when on wayland, i don't get any logs
in the journal when i plug in the HDMI cable.
Interestingly i don't get any logs when OBS is open.
