SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Systemsettings.
2. Go to Date & Time -> Time Zone.
3. Try to change a time zone.
OBSERVED RESULT
I get two errors:
"Unable to set current time"
"Unable to set timezone".
EXPECTED RESULT

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Running command
"sudo ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Amsterdam /etc/localtime"
works.
