After checking the KDE Neon and openSUSE Tumblweed live editions, I went back into my Fedora install and looked around a bit more. As it turns out, despite thinking I installed the rpm from the repos, I installed the flatpak version; deleting that one and installing the rpm has fixed this issue for me.
