SUMMARY
Dolphin start with the message:
"There are two actions (Cut, Delete) that want to use the same shortcut
(Shift+Del). This is most probably a bug. Please report it in bugs.kde.org"
The Cut and Delete shortcuts are not available in the whole system.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Try to copy cut a file CTRL+X
3. Try to paste the file
OBSERVED RESULT
The shortcuts are not working.
EXPECTED RESULT
All the hot keys have to work without any issue.
