SUMMARY
KDE Plasma freezes on Nouveau when trying to display network graph in the
plasma-nm applet
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Trying to use LTS kernel (6.6.28-1-lts) instead of the latest, mainline one,
2. Checked whether the issue is present on KDE Neon as well - yes, it is,

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing has changed. The bug is still present - when trying to open network
properties in the applet, where there's that network graph measuring
upload/download usage - KDE Plasma freezes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Viewing network graph is possible using Nouveau without any problems.
