SUMMARY
Application windows (browser, Dolphin, Konsole) resize to small strip at screen
top, and often move to one of three displays - not even the primary - when
screen has bee on energy save for some time.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a bunch of windows open in multiple virtual desktops with multiple
monitors.
2. Either lock the screen or let screen saver cut in.
3. Wait some time and unlock the screens with password
OBSERVED RESULT
Window positions and sizes have changed.
Windows that were on other screens moved to this one
