Bug ID: 485872 Summary: Thin coloured line of pixels along bottom and right hand side of screen on Wayland Classification: Plasma Product: kwin Version: 6.0.4 Platform: Arch Linux OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: wayland-generic Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: oliverda...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 168724 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=168724&action=edit A screenshot of my laptop screen demonstrating the glitch on the bottom and right hand sides of the screen. Every time I log into Plasma on Wayland, I get a thin line of constantly changing coloured pixels on the bottom and right hand side of my 2560x1600 pixel laptop screen on 150% scaling. This does not happen on the 1920x1080 pixel monitor that I also use with it. I have found that several actions like changing the scaling on my laptop screen from 150% to 100% and back again, or switching to another virtual desktop and back, will make the pixels are go black/dark grey, which is at least less distracting and noticeable. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Log in to KDE Plasma with 2560x1600 monitor. SYSTEM INFORMATION Linux distro: EndeavourOS (Arch-based) KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.1.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 Graphics platform: Wayland -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
