STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start downloading a large file.
2. Open the network widget in the system tray.
3. Click on the current/connected network.
OBSERVED RESULT
The moment I try to monitor the network from the widget, the download speed
decreases. If I open the notification or other widgets, the speed remains
stable.
EXPECTED RESULT
Monitoring the network shouldn't affect the speed.

I'm also able to reproduce the bug on another machine with KDE plasma 5.27.10,
QT version 5.15.12
