I've opened an MR with an implementation.
It currently offers the option of updating:
- never
- every 1, 2, 4, 8, or 12 hours
- every 1 or 3 days
I don't actually want to add options to do it more frequently to avoid
hammering the RSS feed servers (which is needed for a full sync).
Any concerns from anyone?
