Clicking on the icon after minimizing to tray does nothing. It should reopen
the app.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Neochat system tray icon
2. Exit the application to minimize to tray
3. Double click on the system tray icon
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
The application should reopen
