SUMMARY
The camera applet doesn't indicate that the camera is in use. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Google Meet or other WEB-RTC enabled service in Vivaldi (or any
similar XWayland browser)
2. Enable camera
3. See the applet 

OBSERVED RESULT
Camera applet shows that no camera is in use

EXPECTED RESULT
Camera clearly shows that Vivaldi is using the camera

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The microphone counterpart  detects the sound capture device  correctly

I'm using `pipewire pulse` and `kde-portal` associated with screensharing.
