Switched from archlinux back to: Operating System: Fedora Linux 39 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.11 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0 Qt Version: 5.15.12 Kernel Version: 6.8.4-200.fc39.x86_64 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-12400F Memory: 31.2 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6600 Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Product Name: B760M DS3H DDR4 Issue went away after that.
