So you're saying I need to report this against all the following apps (just a
sampling)?
I didn't notice this issue on Mageia 9 or the early Cauldron before recent
updates.

- systemsettings
- claws-mail
- firefox
- korganizer
- LibreOffice (Writer, Calc, Draw, Base)
- Dolphin
- kalarm
- k3b
- kaddressbook
- htop (filter)
- konqueror
- kwrite
- nano
I was running KDE/X11 until moments ago, now on KDE/Wayland - both are
affected.
Seems to me something is in common with all those apps...
To be fair; auto-repeat does work in:
- SQL-workbench/J
- Signal-desktop
- LibreOffice (Impress, Math)
- SweetHome3D
- chromium-browser
- emacs
- okular
- filezilla
